At 6:22 pm, officers were dispatched to a minor MVA in Bradford. The accident occurred at the intersection of Mechanic Street and West Washington Street. The caller reported that the accident was minor and that there were no injuries but there would need to be a report made due to damage.

At 7:01 p.m., Lafayette Township Volunteer Fire Department and Bradford City Ambulance were dispatched to the intersection of Route 219 and Route 59 for a motor vehicle accident involving a flatbed tractor trailer and a pickup truck. There was entrapment. At least two injuries were reported. Stat Medivac was put on standby.

At 11:23 p.m., Bradford City Police were dispatched to Players for a possible fight inside the building. While en route, dispatchers reported additional calls about a fire in the building. Upon arrival, City Police officers reported smoke showing. At 11:24 p.m., Bradford City Fire Department was dispatched for a possible structure fire.
