Jason Daugherty, 35, of Port Allegany, PA (not to be confused with the Bradford City Police Officer Jason Daugherty), was sentenced yesterday to 5 years of probation. Daugherty was convicted of running a chop shop. He must pay more than $118,000 in restitution on top of the probation.

At 6:53 pm, a vehicle fire was reported in Bradford Township. The vehicle was reported to be on fire at 283 Minard Run Road. Bradford Township Police and Fire personnel were dispatched to the scene. At 6:56 pm, a second caller reported that the fire was out.
