At around 1:40 pm, an MVA was reported in Horton Township PA. The accident occurred at 5707 Route 219. The initial dispatch stated that 3 people were trapped in a vehicle. Upon arriving at the scene, personnel confirmed 1 person was trapped. Route 219 was completely blocked at the location due to the accident.
