At 4:57 pm, Bradford City Fire personnel were dispatched to 154 High Street. The caller reported a natural gas leak outside of the residence. The caller also stated that he was digging on the property and struck the natural gas line.

At 3:46 pm, an MVA was reported near Port Allegany. 2 cars are reported to have collided. The accident occurred on Route 155, north of Port Allegany, near the Daily Bread Restaurant. At 7:37 pm, a vehicle fire was reported in Keating Township. The fire was reported to be at 5446 Route 46, at Valley Petroleum. Personnel arriving on scene reported that it was a fully involved camper fire, with exposures. Smethport FD was dispatched to the scene.

At 1:23 pm, an MVA with injuries was reported. The accident is reported to be half way up Ormsby Hill, on Route 59. 1 vehicles is reported to have collided with a pole and there are definite injuries. Smethport FD, Hilltop FD, and Priority Care ambulance were dispatched to the scene.
