Second fire in Bradford City
At 8:47 pm, a second structure fire was reported in Bradford, PA.
The second fire was reported on Thompson Ave.
Thompson Ave., is located only 4 blocks from the first fire at 2 Congress Place.
Units were pulled from the first fire and units that were on standby from the Bradford Township station were dispatched and split between the two fires.
Lewis Run FD and Corydon Township FD were put on standby as well.
Update
The Thompson Ave house was also reported to be a vacant structure.
An unidentified fireman reported that they were in defensive mode, and another reported that they had flames showing at this fire.
The address of the fire on Thompson was reported as 8 or 10 Thompson Ave.
2nd Update
A crew was inside 8 Thompson Ave attempting to get at the fire in the roof when a firefighter called an “ALL OUT”. He said that the floor had been compromised. All crews inside the house evacuated immediately and were accounted for outside.
At 9:20 pm, units on scene of this fire were ordered that no more interior work would be done due to the structure being compromised.

I had seen the fire on Congress…It is sad that two fires simultaneously start, and so close..
